Fingle Glen Lodges, Exeter

Fingle Glen Lodges is a small collection of lodges roughly 15 minutes outside of Exeter. It’s a family-friendly resort that’s inviting and welcoming, offering everyone who chooses to stay a worthwhile experience. The lodges themselves are well presented and equipped, and the site is presented to a high standard. Its 18-hole golf course and accompanying golf centre are a big draw for many.

The decor is contemporary and the amenities are plentiful. There’s an open-plan living area that opens out onto a sheltered deck area complete with a hot tub. The nearby town of Exeter has more than its fair share of shops and restaurants. Nature enthusiasts will want to visit Dartmoor National Park, a protected parcel of moorland known for its craggy landscapes, wetlands and rock formations. Visitors enjoy scaling the peaks, going for leisurely walks on the many trails or even just exploring the villages dotted throughout the park.
