Darwin Forest, Matlock

Darwin Forest is an award winning lodge holiday park located close to Matlock and Bakewell. The park has various different types of lodges that sleep between 2 and 8 people. Spa lodges include a hot tub on the decking and pet friendly lodges accept up to two dogs.

Darwin Forest is located on the edge of the Peak District and is close to the town of Matlock and Bakewell. You could visit The Heights of Abraham in Matlock Bath where you ride a cable car to the hilltop park where there are cavern tours, walking trails and a cafe. You can also visit Peak Rail and Gulliver’s Kingdom, a family theme park in Matlock. In Bakewell, you can visit the beautiful Haddon Hall or Chatsworth House.
