Neddy Cut, Backbarrow

Neddy Cut is a gorgeous property in the Lake District. With beautiful views from every room, this lodge is a great base for exploring the Lakes and relaxing with loved ones. The lodge is set within private grounds on the owner’s working farm and is within walking distance to the private lake and the village of Backbarrow.

Inside the modern and stylish lodge, guests can spend quality time in the open plan living and dining area. This space boasts a cosy sofa area in front of a TV and wood burning stove, dining table and well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for a stress-free self-catered holiday.

The lodge has floor to ceiling glass sliding door which offers great views and opens out onto the patio area with where you can enjoy your morning coffee or al fresco dinner at the outdoor table or barbecue in the warmer months.

There is also a small garden with a hot tub – the ultimate way to relax after a long day of walking through the Lake District. Within the Neddy Cut lodge, there are three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom which all have Smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms.

This property is ideal for a family or group of friends or couples. It is also wheelchair accessible.

Neddy Cut is located on a working farm along with other lodges. There is a fishing lake where fly fishing is available to guests.

The lovely village of Backbarrow is just a short walk away where you can enjoy walks along River Leven and visit popular attractions. Lakeside is at the southern tip of Lake Windemere and also a great place to visit for scenic views, walks and attractions.

Take a drive to Bowness-on-Windemere for a lovely day out where you can browse the shops, enjoy a pub lunch and visit The World of Beatrix Potter attraction.
