Tewets, Backbarrow

Tewets is a superb lodge in the heart of the Lake District. Set on private grounds of a working farm, this lodge has lovely countryside views and easy access to the nearby villages. Sleeping up to six guests in three bedrooms, Tewets is a great choice for a family holiday or weekend away with friends.

The lodge boasts floor to ceiling windows throughout which provide lots of natural light, stunning views and access to the private patio and garden space. There is an open plan living and dining area featuring a comfy sofa area with TV and wood burner, dining table and fully-equipped kitchen. Guests can make the most of their self-catered holiday with the comforts from home and added luxuries. There are three bedrooms which all have en-suite bathrooms providing plenty of space for families, couples and friends. Outside, guests can soak up the English summer on the private decking and soak in the hot tub after a busy day of exploring the Lakes.

Tewets is a great base for your next holiday in the Lakes. Set on a working farm with other lodges, guests staying on-site will have access to the fishing lake for free fly fishing. The small village of Backbarrow is just a short walk away where you can visit country pubs and shops as well as walks along the river. Lakeside is also close by which has a number of attractions to enjoy, countryside trails to explore and access to Lake Windemere.
