The lodges at Twelve Oaks Farm are luxurious with contemporary furnishings throughout. They feature open plan living and dining spaces with fully equipped kitchens, sofa and TV, and a dining table. There are patio doors that open from the dining area to the wraparound decking area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or al fresco dinner with beautiful views of the surrounding area. 

On-site at Twelve Oaks Farm, there is an outdoor heated swimming pool, dog walking area, shop, and children’s play area.

There is also a fishing lake where guests can enjoy fishing for Roach, Perch, Carp and Tench.

When you venture off-site, you can visit the magnificent Dartmoor National Park for scenic hikes or explore the South Devon coastline where you can visit Torquay and Dartmouth.
