Chester Zoo

Chester Cathedral

A must-see attraction in the city, Chester Cathedral is a beautiful medieval cathedral built in 1902. Climb the 216 steps to the top of the tower where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city. There is also a cafe and shop to enjoy on your visit.

Gulliver’s World Theme Park

Fun for the whole family, Gulliver’s World Theme Park has a great selection of attractions that are perfect for your little ones ages 2 to 13. Part of Gulliver’s World Resort, the theme park has 27 rides including a wooden roller coaster, dodgems, log flume and observation tower. Tatton Park

Known as one of the most complete historic estates in the UK, Tatton Park is a beautiful place to visit in Cheshire. Home to a Tudor Old Hall, 18th-century mansion, 1,000 acres of parkland including 50 acres of landscaped gardens, a working farm and special events throughout the year and plenty of opportunities to enjoy local food and drink products in the Gardener’s Cottage, gift shop and Housekeeper’s Store.

Southwest of Manchester, Delamere Forest is a beautiful place to visit all year round.

Chester Racecourse

Chester Racecourse is the world’s oldest racecourse that is still in operation located in the heart of the historic city. The racecourse dates back to 1539 when racing first began. Although it is one of the smallest in England, it is a popular place for visitors to enjoy a day out at the races. Lyme Park
