Felmoor Country Park is a lovely 40 acre park in Northumberland. Conveniently close to the A1, the park still offers all the peace and quiet you need for a relaxing getaway. Most of the lodges are set within a wooded area, with large open fields and lakes nearby. While staying here, take time to explore the site and take in the views of the beautiful Northumberland countryside.
The lodges here are designed to be attractive on the outside and homely on the inside. Each one of them has an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area along with bedrooms and a bathroom. These spacious lodges provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. The lodges have an outdoor decking area and many boast a Hot Tub where you can relax in the bubbles under the starlit Northumberland sky.
With the park being right by the A1, you can reach many of Northumberland’s top attractions and places to visit with ease. The sparsely populated region is known for its impressive collection of castles and other historical sites, its breathtaking natural beauty and its many nature reserves. One of its major attractions is Alnwick, a market town whose castle is one of the best-preserved around. There’s also the coast, which is a short drive eastwards. There are lots of beaches dotted along the coast that are great destinations for an enjoyable day out.

Things to Do
Explore Northumberland – The county of Northumberland is known for its breath taking landscapes, historic remains and gorgeous coastline. Bamburgh, Amble and Alnmouth are just a few of the many charming seaside towns worth visiting.
Seahouses – An attractive fishing village that’s always abuzz with activity. Pay a visit to the many local shops and restaurants, then hop on a boat and discover the nearby Farne Islands, home to colonies of seabirds and grey seals.
Kielder Forest – A vast forest that’s the largest in England; it’s also home to the biggest man-made lake in northern Europe. At Kielder Forest, there are lots of exciting outdoor activities available and plenty of scenic views to admire.

The Northumberland Arms – This pub and hotel in nearby Felton was a coaching house in the 19th century. Even though it’s a historic building, it’s very much a modern eatery, offering creative and impressive dishes.
Jackdaw Restaurant – If you’re in the mood for steaks, head to Jackdaw Restaurant in Warkworth. It offers a fine dining experience with excellent service and superior food and drinks.
